My experience with Chiropractic began at the age of 19 with a severe episode of lower back pain and disability. After being exam and x-rayed by a local Chiropractor it was determined I had a spinal deformity, which is not uncommon, predisposing me to spinal weakness and episodes of back pain. I worked with the doctor to regain function, strength & mobility, eventually leading me to pursue a career in Chiropractic.
I undertook general studies at Western Washington University in 1983 and completed pre-med courses at the University of Washington. I graduated from Palmer Chiropractic University in 1993 after residency, and immediately began private practice.
Since that time, I have been continually working with complementary practitioners in the Seattle and Capitol Hill area to build strong neighborhoods, promote healthful lifestyles and share my knowledge and expertise with the community. I strive to provide my clients with education and information needed to understand and take control of their health.
We are energetic beings and our bodies have amazing power to heal. A properly functioning nervous system and the knowledge to maintain it are two of the greatest gifts of life.
